Service Areas

North Las Vegas is the center of our service area, from the older neighborhoods near the city's original core to Aliante and the newer subdivisions toward the northern edge of the valley. We also work across the Las Vegas Valley in Clark County, including Las Vegas, Henderson and unincorporated communities such as Sunrise Manor, Spring Valley, Paradise and Enterprise. Permits come from whichever jurisdiction your address falls in: the City of North Las Vegas, the City of Las Vegas, the City of Henderson, or Clark County for unincorporated areas, and each runs its own review and inspections. Water comes from different suppliers too, and each publishes its own water quality report. Each area page covers what applies there.
